My Info - How to Sign into eServices Sign In with My eID

Prerequisites:
1. Download the eID Software
Ensure the eID software is installed on your desktop. 

2. Connect Your eID Card 
Make sure your eID card is connected to your computer, either via NFC or a Smart Card Reader before commencing the below steps. 

3. eServices Sign In Account
You should already have your eID card linked to your eServices account. 

Step-by-Step Instructions to Link Your eID Card:

1. Go to the myeid.egov.ky Website
2. Select Sign In at the top right of the screen with the eID Card already inserted.

3. The certificate for your eID will appear. Select OK.

4. You will get a prompt saying "Your card is already linked to your eServices account. Logging you in now.."

5. Redirect to the eGov Page

You will be redirected to the eGov page, confirming that you are logged in.

6. Verify Your Account 
You should now see your profile icon at the top right of the page.
