The link we send you in an email is valid for 30 minutes, and will only work the first time it is used. Please make sure that you don’t preview the link prior to opening it. For example, if you long-press a link in an email on many mobile-device email apps, it may give you a preview of your password reset page, and doing this “uses up” the link.
We have also seen corporate email gateways performing security checks on the links we send, and in effect "using up" the link prior to delivering it to the recipient. If you suspect that this might be the problem, please ask your IT administrator to configure their gateway to trust emails from no-reply-eServices@gov.ky, or links that lead to the https://am.online.gov.ky domain.
