The most frequent problem that our customers have signing in to eServices is when our One Time Passcode (OTP) email is not received.
We always send the email within seconds of the request being submitted, so if you are not receiving your email it is almost certainly because it is being blocked by your company or email provider, or because it is being filed as junk mail.
- The email may be in your Spam or Junk folder
- Please check your spam and junk mail folders for the email.
- The email address was entered incorrectly
- Please try registering again, ensuring that you have typed the email address accurately.
- If you are using a corporate email address, the organization may have blocked our email.
- Ask your administrator to safelist emails from no-reply-eServices@gov.ky.
- Consider using another email address outside your organization. For personal matters, we recommend using a personal email address.
Note also that we are aware that mail to candw.ky addresses are often delayed for several minutes prior to delivery. This is outside of our control. Also, yahoo.com sometimes blocks delivery of emails from @gov.ky addresses.
For other matters related to registration, please refer to the User Guide.
