Recovering your username
You can always sign in to eServices using your email address in place of your username. eServices Sign In accepts either username or email address to identify the account that you are singing into. However, some other applications (such as Immigration Online, and MACI Crew Compliance) use the same account information as eServices Sign In, but they require that you use your username.
To recover your username, either:
- Request for a reminder email with your username to be sent to your registered email address. Click the "Forgot username" link on the Sign In page. Or
- Sign in at http://my.egov.ky/, click the avatar icon at the top-right of the page, and choose the profile option from the menu. Your username is displayed on the profile page.
