If you received a Password Reset email from us, and did not request it, it means that someone requested it on your behalf by entering your email address on our Password Reset page. Provided they don’t have access to your email account there is nothing to worry about; the link will expire after 30 minutes, after which it can no longer be used. They will not be able to change your password.
If you think that someone may have gained unauthorised access to your email account, they may have used this to gain access to your eServices account too. In this case, we suggest that you change the passwords to both your email account and your eServices account, and check your eServices for unauthorised activity.
If you continue to receive unsolicited Password Reset emails from us, or are concerned that your account has been compromised, please contact us at eServices@gov.ky, and we will work with you to investigate the issue.
