The “no association with the user has been found” message usually means that the Customs team has not yet reviewed your registration.
When you first register, you are required to upload various identity documents that must then be reviewed by Customs prior to making the service available.
Once you have updated your documents and they have been verified by a Customs team member you would then be able to access services on Customs Online (COLS).
