As a CIG Entity, access to Bonfire is managed by the Central Procurement Office (CPO). In order for the CPO to provide access for project creation (i.e. posting a procurement on Bonfire), proof of permission must be provided to us by emailing the attached form to procurement@gov.ky. If assistance is required in completing form, please contact us at the above email.
Once a completed form is provided, a CPO representative will create your account. You will receive an email, from Bonfire, to the address that was listed on the form. That email will allow you to create your own password and complete registration.
Once registration is completed, you will have the ability to create projects and you will be known as the "Project Owner" for any projects that you create.
Please note that additional CPO permission is not needed to give employees access for evaluating submissions or for internal audit purposes on projects that you create. Those levels of access are granted by the project owner through the "People" module. Individuals given this access will need to confirm that they do not have a conflict of interest related to the project.
