On our procurement system (https://cayman.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities), you will be able to view opportunities and communicate with the project owner.
A vendor must be registered and logged into the system to be able to send messages. Once in a project, please review all of the publicly posted information.
When ready to communicate with the project owner, scroll to the bottom of the project and look for the heading "Messages". Under the "Vendor Discussions" tab, you will be able to send your message.
Please note the following:
- A project will have a "Question Deadline" - if you access the project after this deadline, you will not be able to send questions through the system. However, you will have access to the "Public Notices" section where you will find the answers to questions asked during the procurement by others.
- Vendors are only allowed to communicate with the procurement contact or the Central Procurement Office. Breach of this protocol could result in elimination of any eventual submissions.
- For procurements that are conducted off of the procurement system (e.g. via email only), the communication process will be conducted via email.
