Yes, this is now a standard service for all applications that are completed online.
The process of transitioning out the older style plates (yellow, orange, Quincentennial) is still ongoing and these vehicles will need a to be change to the new plates as these plates are now illegal. The change of plate can be done at any location at a cost providing that the plates were not pre-printed.
