Yes, you can for a limited period of 12 months provided you are in possession of a valid insurance for the motor vehicle. After this period you are required to have obtained the Cayman Islands driver’s license to continue driving.
You may be eligible to replace your foreign licence with a Cayman Islands license within the first 12 months of your residency. For eligible licenses you may be exempted from the mandatory theory exam before effecting the license exchange program meant for Geneva Convention Signatory countries. For more details, click here.
