- No. You cannot log into your account through Eservices without your email address.
- If you cannot remember the email address registered for EServices associated with your account, please contact the Customer Support Unit at 945 8344, Option 1 Visit any DVDL location and present your driver's licence. Upon verification, a member of staff will update the system with your most current email address enabling you to regain entry to your account.
- You may also attempt to use the "Forgot Username" link on the sign in screen of the portal to gain access to the forgotten information and aid your attempt to login.
