Yes, DVDL must be notified of any material change in the particulars of the vehicle including color or engine size, seating capacity as required by Section 9 of the Traffic Act (2023 Revision). The vehicle MUST first be inspected by the Department to verify the change(s) and any impact to the licensing of the said motor vehicle. There is an application fee of $25.00 (link T.R.6 Form) for change of particulars.
