If you are not a holder of a full Cayman Islands driver’s licence, then for you to obtain a provisional licence you MUST first pass the theory exam. A holder of a full driver’s licence can complete an application (Form 14) for the desired group of provisional/learner’s licence and pay the associated fee of CI$60.00.
