If your property is registered in the name of a company, you will need to provide:
- Signed Lease Agreement
- Photo ID with signature
- Land Register
- Trade & Business License
- Register of Directors/Officers/Beneficial Owners
- Authorized Signatory List (if available)
- Photo ID with signature for authorized signatory(ies)
