If self-employed or an owner of a business, provide proof of income earned through the business.
For the DFA to adequately assess the application and determine the eligibility of a business/company owner, you will need to submit the following additional documents:
- Trade and Business License
- Bank Statements
- Financial Statements
- Pay Slips if you pay yourself a salary
- Proof of employees, including work permits
- Business Contracts
