Below are answers to some questions you may have regarding the DG's cascaded objectives related to Anti-Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Cyber Security Awareness trainings.
If you have additional questions, please contact the Performance Management Team at PoCSPM@gov.ky.
I already completed the trainings. Do I need to do them again?
If you completed the training for the courses before 2024, you will need to complete the trainings this year.
If you completed the trainings in 2024, but do not see this on your training history on the CSC Online platform (go to the My Learning page of your profile), send your certificate of completion as proof to csc@gov.ky. Your training history will then to be updated to reflect the completions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please Cc your HR representative when sending the email.
If you do not have the certificates, you will need to complete the trainings again this year.
What should I do if I completed the courses in 2024 but failed the assessments?
If you failed the assessment for either/both of the courses in 2024, contact csc@gov.ky.
For those undertaking the courses in 2025, you have three chances to pass the assessment for each course. Please review the content again before attempting the assessments a 2nd/3rd time.
