Leadership Training -  https://www.gov.ky/csc/offerings/leadership 

• City & Guilds ILM accredited training is available at levels 2 - 7
• Leadership Cayman - CSC funds 75% of the fees for civil servants that are accepted onto the programme
• Senior Leadership Events - Senior civil servants are invited to attend our annual event designed to engage and inform leaders across the Civil Service as part of their continuous professional development.

• Foundational Business Communication programme, taught at intermediate and advanced levels, equips learners with tools for effective communication in the workplace.
• Scholarship programme - scholarships are provided to eligible civil servants to continue formal education in programme such as associates, bachelors and masters degrees.
• Partnerships - CSC has forged strategic partnerships with colleges and universities to expand formalised learning opportunities.

• Core Competency pathways - online pathways have been developed to assist you with developing the necessary skills in line with CIGs Core Compentency Framework.
